Notification of the change of address
Here you can submit a notification of moving in or out. Your maintenance man will change the names after receiving your notification.
Service request
Please notice that this form is for non-urgent matters, which will be done on weekdays between 07.00 and 15.30. If you have an urgent issue, please call directly to your maintenance man. You will find the number on your staircase.
Working hours and on call duty
- Working hours are Mon-Fri 07.00-15.30
- During winter time working hours might differ because of weather conditions
- On call duty on weekdays 15.30-07.00 and weekends (24 h)
- You can reach the on-call service by calling to your own maintenance man or any other maintenance man
- Please note that e-mail is not actively read during on call duty hours
- If you have an urgent issue, please call directly to your maintenance man
- Text message does not reach the person who is on call
- The on-call service mainly takes care of urgent repairs that cannot be carried over to the next business day
- Please note that a WhatsApp message or call is not the best way to reach maintenance men
